(Canary Fruit Terminal)
The design of a new bespoke fire detection and alarm system protecting the entire refurbished ‘Canary Islands Fruit’ Terminal (103 & 104 berths) at Southampton Docks.
The facility requiring a complete building smoke protection coverage within the offices, plant and roof voids together with the entire 14,500 sq m of cool and cold storage facilities capable of operating within temperatures ranging from -2°C to +15°C.

The design of a fire detection and alarm system to the new Draper Tools storage warehouse facility at Test Valley Business Park in North Baddesley, near Southampton.
The building requiring a bespoke smoke detection solution providing coverage to the office and support areas, but to also encompass the 120,000 sq ft warehouse with detection being located at very high and inaccessible levels.

Test Link Services, Poole
(Office, Warehouse & Workshop Facility)
Following an audit and risk assessment undertaken by the site, a initial Paper2CAD drawing transposition was undertaken to facilitate the provision of Emergency Lighting upgrade design supported with illumination modelling, to meet and in accordance with the requirements of current standards and legislation to provide and upgrade coverage to areas of the building that had been identified as being insufficient or inadequate.
